Reminds me that I believed for years, and was puzzled by it, that the baby in the Christmas carol had to sleep in a bed of peas - and what could be so heavenly about them anyway?
my son always sang 'Climb Every Woman' rather than I'm Every Woman
and he thought Chaka Kahn singing her name over and over was really
"some lady singing about Chuck E Cheese"
